Branding / Digital Design

Challenge

Chattanooga is a relatively small city with a growing arts scene. The target audience is relatively young, trendy, and strive for authenticity. I needed to find a way to craft an updated and high-end vibe while still being outdoorsy and authentic.

Outcome

I drew inspiration from brands such as J. Crew and Anthropologie—brands known for their high-end rugged feel. The main visual feature of this branding is a photo montage arranged to emulate hand-crafted stained glass to create an aura of artisanal craftsmanship. The arrangement of different scenes blending into one another is representative of all the things you can do living in a centralized location.

Touchscreen Leasing System

Challenge

There was an opportunity to streamline and automate part of the leasing process during open houses and peak times.

Outcome

This system served as an intermediary agent for when all agents are busy. Future residents can gather a ton of information and basically on-board themselves in the time they are waiting in the lobby.

Everything in this layout was meant to be easily swapped out for other properties (i.e. minimal color palette and limited textures). And most buttons and interactive elements were kept close to the bottom since these screens are large and will be hanging on a wall.
